This is the dossier we have spent the most time on and closed the least of. The Suzhou company's registered name and its 2003 incorporation are documented. So is the fact that a long-established Swiss peptide manufacturer trades internationally under a very similar name. We have asked the Suzhou entity, in writing, on six occasions across two years, to state its relationship to that business. It has not done so.

The record
Eight independent purity determinations, mean 98.0%, range 96.9–99.1%. The material is good. Documentation is mid-table: a method reference, a wavelength, no gradient table, no integration threshold, batch numbers matching the vial on 8 of 8.
Fulfilment has been unremarkable in the good sense: eight orders, eight deliveries, median transit nine days, one replacement issued for a cracked vial after we sent a photograph.
The name is the story. We are not in a position to characterise the relationship, and we will not speculate about it in either direction. What we can report is the request, the count, and the silence — and that a buyer who believes they are purchasing from a Swiss manufacturer on the strength of the trading name is drawing an inference the company has declined, repeatedly, to confirm.

Held locally in Germany, so the epithalon 10 mg arrived on day 3 without an import step.

The certificate for lot BCH-26-640 carried method, wavelength, water content and an itemised related-substances table. Complete on the first pass.

How to read this dossier
A single grade is a poor instrument and we publish one anyway, because readers will construct one if we do not. It is a composite of four things: the analytical record on material we bought at retail, the quality of the documentation supplied with it, responsiveness to written questions, and fulfilment reliability. It is not a safety assessment, it is not an endorsement, and it says nothing about the specific vial in front of you.
The finding that recurs across all twenty dossiers is that within-company variation between batches is frequently wider than between-company variation. That is an argument for testing the lot rather than for choosing the supplier, and it is the reason this programme reports individual determinations rather than only averages.
